A wealth of experience
I’ve always been interested in working with smaller law firms and solicitor practices that either need strategic marketing guidance, or help in creating and implementing marketing plans and communications. I’ve considerable experience working for The Co-operative Legal Services in Manchester/Bristol, and before that a solicitor practice with multiple-offices in the Midlands. I did start the journey to a career in Law, before marketing came along – so it’s great to combine two things I love and appreciate.
Working with specialist law firms
Most firms I meet – whether legal or another service sector – are growing and reaching out to the next level. A Partner or Associate looks after the marketing, and they need either specialist expertise to develop their marketing strategy, or external help to spend the needed time in creating and delivering their marketing plan. Sometimes you just need that extra resource to move you forward.
Marketing solutions that fit your needs
The way I work differs according to the needs of your law firm – both in terms of your vision and the resources you have available internally. I always work in your best interests.
For some firms I work on a project basis, delivering the marketing strategy or rebrand for example over a 3-4 month period. In other cases I work with your in-house team as your marketing manager, guiding and delivering on the plans and developing your people. Or you may need pure marketing consultancy advice and direction on an initial, and then monthly or quarterly basis.
As I don’t focus on providing one small part of marketing (eg. social media), I am completely independent in the advice and solutions I give.
